As of May 1, 2010 Grove Manor Corporation has aquired the Woodcrest Senior Living Community in Scottdale, PA.
The main independent living apartment complex consists of thirty-one (31) apartment units. Personal Care services may be purchased as needed.
There are thirteen (13) independent living cottages - Five (5) duplex units and three (3) single(bungalow) homes.
Two seperate garage buildings provide additional garage rental space.
Construction has begun for an additional 10-unit apartment wing, a Chapel/ Activities room, and kitchen expansion.
